How it works

How StoreKeyed Works

StoreKeyed builds turnkey online storefronts and hands them over to the people who run them. You bring your business — your products, your brand, your content. We build the storefront and give you an owner dashboard so you can manage it yourself after launch. No agency retainer required to change a price or swap a photo.

01 — See Yours

Start with the live StoreKeyed demo, then upload your logo to see the storefront shift into your branding before you commit to anything. You’re looking at the actual system you’d be getting, not a screenshot or a mockup.

02 — Start With the Deposit

When you’re ready, read the StoreKeyed General Terms of Service and the Deposit and Project Initiation Policy — both in full, and both downloadable as PDFs — accept them with one checkbox, and pay the $1,250 deposit through Stripe.

03 — Your Private Project Link

We email you one private link, and everything happens there: a welcome video, your agreement, your materials, your review, your final payment, and your keys. There is no account to create and no dashboard to learn — the link changes as your project moves.

04 — Sign Your Project Scope Agreement

At your link you review and electronically sign the Project Scope Agreement, which sets out your project’s scope, deliverables, and schedule. Nothing is built until you sign. Signing makes your deposit non-refundable, fully credited toward your project price.

05 — Send Your Materials

Answer a short questionnaire and upload your logo, products, photos, copy, and domain details at your link, then submit once. Your materials lock in and become the basis of the build.

06 — We Build It

We configure your StoreKeyed storefront, load your products and content, connect the pieces, and prepare your owner dashboard. The initial build is typically ready for review approximately two to three weeks after your materials are submitted — an estimate, not a guarantee.

07 — You Review It

You review the working storefront at your link and send one consolidated list of revisions. We work through it and test the storefront and checkout.

08 — Final Payment

The remaining $1,250 is due once your storefront is complete, before it goes live on your domain.

09 — You Get the Keys

We publish the store to your domain and hand over your owner dashboard, files, and credentials at your link, so you manage products, images, content, and everyday updates yourself.

10 — Thirty Days of Support

For 30 days after launch we fix bugs — things that don’t work as built — at no extra cost. Your deliverables stay available at your link.

What StoreKeyed Is Not

StoreKeyed is often confused with dropshipping store marketplaces. It is a different model, so it’s worth being direct about what we don’t do.

We are not a dropshipping business.
StoreKeyed does not connect your store to AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, or any third-party supplier network. There is no automated supplier sync and no automated order routing to overseas fulfilment.
We do not sell pre-built stores from a catalog.
You are not browsing a list of ready-made niche stores — pet accessories, apparel, electronics — and buying one. There is one StoreKeyed system, and it gets built around your business.
We do not supply the products.
You bring your own products, your own inventory, and your own suppliers. StoreKeyed does not pre-load “winning products” or pick a niche for you.
We are not an advertising service.
We do not run TikTok, Meta or Google ads, and nothing here is a traffic package. StoreKeyed builds the storefront; bringing people to it is yours.
We are not reselling a Shopify or WooCommerce install.
StoreKeyed is a custom-built storefront system, not a theme layered on someone else’s platform and not a reseller of one. There is no third-party platform subscription sitting underneath your store. The owner dashboard is part of the system we build, and it is where you manage products, images, prices and page content after launch.
We are not a business-in-a-box.
StoreKeyed builds the storefront for a business you already have or are already starting. The store is the vehicle, not the business.
Payments and domain stay yours.
Checkout runs on your own Stripe account and the store lives on your own domain, so the money and the address belong to your business rather than to us.

Common questions

Is StoreKeyed dropshipping?

No. StoreKeyed builds a storefront for products you already source and sell. We do not integrate supplier networks or automate third-party fulfilment.

Do I own the store when it’s finished?

You own your content, branding, product information, and business data. After full payment, you receive the storefront and a perpetual right to operate and modify it for your business. StoreKeyed retains its reusable framework and underlying tools.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes, and you should. The Owner Dashboard demo is the real dashboard running on sample data — add a product, change a price, swap a photo, and watch the storefront update. Nothing you do there is saved, and it costs nothing but an email address. It is the part most people want to be sure about before they commit, so it is open to anyone.

What do I need to provide?

Your brand assets, your products, your content, and your domain. We handle configuration, build, and launch.

How long does it take?

The initial storefront build is typically ready for review approximately two to three weeks after your project materials are submitted. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date; client delays, approved scope changes, third-party dependencies, or other circumstances outside StoreKeyed’s control may extend the timeline. The clock runs on our side only while we have what we need, and when a date moves we tell you rather than letting it quietly slip.

What is StoreKeyed built on?

A custom-built storefront system, not a Shopify or WooCommerce theme and not a reseller of either. Your store does not sit on top of a third-party platform subscription. Checkout runs on your own Stripe account, the site lives on your own domain, and the owner dashboard we hand over is part of the system itself.

What does it cost?

StoreKeyed Founding Storefront Launch is $2,500 in total — $1,250 to start and $1,250 before launch. Anything outside the package is quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work begins.

What if I change my mind?

Your deposit is refundable in full until the earlier of two moments: when you sign your Project Scope Agreement, or seven calendar days after you start the deposit payment — your confirmation email shows the exact date. After either one, the deposit is non-refundable but stays fully credited toward your project price. If you haven’t signed after seven days, the deposit becomes non-refundable project credit for another 90 calendar days; the end of that period is also your deadline to sign and send your materials, and signing doesn’t restart it.

The balance is due once the store is finished; your credentials and code are handed over as soon as it clears. If the finished work is not what was agreed, write to admin@vvvdigitals.com and you get a written response. The complete terms are the General Terms of Service and the Deposit and Project Initiation Policy, both readable in full and downloadable before you pay anything.

Is StoreKeyed related to Storekey, the cashierless retail app?

No. StoreKeyed (storekeyed.com) is a US-based e-commerce storefront service. Storekey is an unrelated Swedish cashierless retail technology company. The names are similar; the businesses are not connected.

We build it. You get the keys.

StoreKeyed is designed to remove the mystery between hiring someone to build your store and actually being able to run it afterward.

“Today's business is challenging for those of us who did it on foot. I thought there was NO WAY I could learn how to code my website. Even the box builder sites require some technical skill. Not StoreKeyed.com. The site VVV Digitals built for me makes it simple.”
